This book (or the online code) provides access to the web-based assessment as well as help interpreting the results and suggestions on how to utilize them for your career success. Please note that the cost of this assessment is at your own expense and not covered by Transition Assistance.

Measure how well your talents and skills StandOut with this Marcus Buckingham Strengths based assessment, available for a $15 fee. Don’t forget to watch the fascinating introductory video which explains the philosophy behind this assessment. Be sure to email your StandOut report to your coach if you’d like to review the information together!
